Boredom Busters

Indoor mud?

Are your kids clamoring to play in the mud, but the mess is more than you care to deal with?

Try this indoor version.

It is clean, smells good and is just as satisfying to the senses.

What you need:

6 rolls of toilet paper
1-1/2 cups Borax
1-1/2 cups soap, flaked (or Ivory Snow)
Water

What you do:
Making this substance is half the fun! Unroll the toilet paper into a large tub. Add as much water as you wish. Add the Borax and soap and mix well with hands.

The more you mix and break up the paper, the better the consistency will be.

Clean mud can be molded and lasts a very long time.
