This is perfect for kids 3 and older.
And it's simple.
First, let your child decorate a clean paper lunch bag with paints, crayons, markers or stickers.
Then, cut four 16-inch streamers or ribbons and attach them to the top of the bag.
For a handle, cut a 20-inch length of string or yarn. Tape or staple the string or yarn inside the bag, about an inch down from the edge of each of the side creases.
Finally, go outside!
Let your child run with the kite against the wind.
